The residence is located in the Gulf of Marinella, in a strategic position to visit the many beaches in the area.

The most famous and closest are the Marinella beach, a large inlet where, in addition to crystal clear water and white sand, you will find rental services for umbrellas, sunbeds, kiosks and entertainment. But a few steps away there is also the beach of Cala Sabina, a bay with Caribbean colors surrounded by the typical Mediterranean scrub made up of myrtles and junipers.

There are also numerous and equally beautiful beaches in Golfo Aranci, the white beach Cala Moresca and Baia Caddinas, or in Olbia, Pittulongu, Bados and Cala Sassari.

 

It is also possible to enjoy the most famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda: Liscia Ruia, Rena Bianca, Romazzino and Spiaggia del Principe, all easily reachable in 15/20 minutes by car.
